6‑Hour Shoebill Tour – Kampala to Kampala
- Pick‑up and transfer to Entebbe (about 1 hour)_Pick‑up from your hotel or agreed point in Kampala. Drive to Entebbe and then to Nakiwogo Landing Site on the shores of Lake Victoria.
- First boat to Mabamba Swamp (about 30–45 minutes)_Board the first boat at Nakiwogo and cross to Mabamba Swamp.Enjoy the views of Lake Victoria and the surrounding wetland scenery.
- Small boat for shoebill tracking (about 1–1.5 hours)_ Shift to a smaller, quieter boat for the shoebill tracking section inside the papyrus channels.Search for the Shoebill Stork and other birds, with time for photos and explanations from your guide.
- Return by boat to Nakiwogo (about 30–45 minutes)Return to the first boat and head back to Nakiwogo Landing Site.
- Drive back to Kampala (about 1–1.5 hours)_ Get back into the car and drive back to Kampala.
